I ordered from a delivery service and while the chicken was decent, everything else was subpar. The chips were hard and stale, and the wings were overcooked. I spent over £20 and had to throw most of it away. This is the second time I've had to discard their food. Avoid ordering from here!
AVOID! The website is very misleading! The product is not as shown and takes way too long to arrive. I found out it's based overseas, which explains the delays. The return policy is terrible; you have to send images for a refund offer of only 15%, or ship items back to another country. Had I known, I would never have ordered!
Never order from these. Shipping times are ages, quality of the dress is not what you see in the picture. They are asking for a picture of the dress not fitting so they can see if I qualify for a refund!!! Taking days to reply. Save your money and never order ! The worst company o have ever dealt with.
I ordered a dress on 1st August and it is now 16th with NO sign of it arriving. When I emailed to ask where it was, I was told that it takes "some business days to dispatch". What does "some" business days even mean?! They are clearly scammers and now i'm going to have a deal trying to get a full refund on it.Stay away like the other reviews have said!!
I would give 0 stars if I couldThis is NOT a UK site, it's scammers from China. I recieved very poor quality items with no labels, tags or even half the material and was then asked to pay postage to send to China with their tags in order to recieve a refund.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE It is utterly fake. the dress I thought I ordered arrived and wasn't even close to the photo ! Cheap nasty and unwearable. Unable to get a refund as they don't respond and there isn't a refund option. Take it from me DO not waste your money
If I could give zero stars I would. Received completely wrong dress and the other was a mess.No tags at all on either, quality is shocking, spent £72 for two dresses even primark would be embarrassed to sell.The customer service (if you want to call it that) is disgraceful. Asked for pictures which I sent twice, and completely ignored everything I was asking. Said they could give me a 20% refund, or I could return the item which I refuse to do. Back and forth with AI generated emails that refuse to acknowledge any issue. I have reported this website as a scam on the government website and I urge you all to do the same.
They clearly use images from other clothing brands and pass them off as their own. The dress I ordered was a completely different dress than what was sent to me - both in colour, design and material. I contacted returns and was told I could get a 30% refund if I kept the dress. Emailed 4 times, Each time emphasising that it was completely misleading and not what I had ordered. They ignored this Each time. Their customer service is a nightmare. I included photos and screenshots - it didn't help. They finally gave the address for posting back the dress and told me to pay for the postage tracked and to lower the value on the customs for to China so they don't get hit with customs fees. Don't order. It's awful.
Please DO NOT order from this site. It’s a fraudulent person behind this selling fake products. The items on the website is not even real. I ordered a dress on the 24th July, 3 weeks later my dress still hadn’t been shipped so I requested for my order to be cancelled. They told me they couldn’t cancel the order until I said I will report them to every company I can to shut them down, then they said they will refund it. I am still waiting on my refund up to this day. I will be reporting this fake “company” to Action Fraud and every other company that I can to remove this company and seeking legal advice so please everyone do the same especially if you’ve had a bad experience with them.
Avoid this company. I spent £160 on five dresses and none matched what was advertised. They refuse refunds, only push replacements, and hide the fact they’re based in China (despite calling themselves Morley London). Returning items is costly and risky — many reports of “lost” parcels. Misleading, poor quality, and terrible customer service.
