While I appreciate the eventual replacement, the journey was filled with stress and financial loss. A boiler fire is a serious safety concern, and I feel my situation has not been treated with the seriousness it deserves. I am still waiting for proper acknowledgment and an apology regarding this issue.
My hot water cylinder has started leaking after just two weeks of use. I'm unsure how to address this since it was installed on the first floor. However, I appreciate the customer service reaching out quickly to see if they can assist with a repair or replacement.
