I brought an Ooni Karu 2 pro Pizza oven during the Christmas Break as it was the only retailer offering a discounted. I made a mistake with the order online on the cover, which was corrected over the phone. The pizza oven was delivered on time. Tracked all the way by DHL informing me exactly the time of delivery. I assembled the oven in about 20 minutes and that evening I had three friends around for pizza. It’s a great product and works extremely well. My experience with Morley Stove could not have been better.
First time I've used Morley. I bought a Horl knife sharpener. It was in stock - unlike at some suppliers - and the ordering process was easy. I ordered on a Saturday and I think it arrived three days later; Tue. I've taken a star off - perhaps a bit harsh but there are no half-stars - because although I received an email confirming the order and telling me I'd get another when the order was sent, there was no further communication before it showed up. But overall I'd recommend. Very prompt service.
I chose Morley Stoves because they are one of the few family run businesses still going strong and I wanted to buy into that to support them- I am self employed and understand the importance of buying 'Local'.The Ooni pizza oven was a Christmas present for my husband and I was impressed with the competitive pricing, friendly and efficient customer service and swift delivery to Northern Ireland. My husband is delighted with this gift and we look forward to many family and friend gatherings around it in warmer weather.
I ordered an Ooni pizza oven as a Christmas gift, and was a little skeptical as the price was significantly cheaper than other retailers, but the oven was delivered in perfect condition in just 3 days, and the team I spoke to when I called with a query were very helpful and friendly. (And the oven has gone down very well with the recipients!)
