Their customer service is absolutely amazing. I erroneously submitted two orders and emailed quickly to try to stop one. The rep told me she would try if it had not shipped. I expected this not to happen due to previous experiences. Then I received an email that she was able to stop it. A couple days later my refund appeared. So nice to receive this level of service which is pretty much no longer the norm. Thanks again for a wonderful experience.
I purchased a mason jar sealer that initially worked but then started releasing in the middle of the night with a loud pop. Now, I’m trying to return it, but the company has been unhelpful. They only offer a partial refund if I keep it, and if I want to return it, I have to cover the shipping costs myself. What kind of service is that? They don’t stand behind their product when it fails. I just want my money back!
I attempted to purchase the vacuum sealer twice, but each time the order form included unexplained additional charges. The price of $59.99 unexpectedly increased to $75.27, with no clarification on the reasons for this increase. I have a screenshot of the order form, but I can't find a way to share it here. What is going on?
