We went for our first class in mosaic art tonight and it was fabulous! Muaz was such a good teacher. He was kind and made it very enjoyable. I would recommend taking a class with family or friends or partners. It brings out your creative side. Thank you so much. We will be back!0
We anticipated a fun and enjoyable experience, especially since the team was very accommodating during the booking. However, upon arrival at the indicated location, we discovered it had relocated 35 minutes away, far from the original site. This caused us to arrive late. The new venue was an odd office building with just a plain white room, two folding tables, and ten people cramped around them. There was no space to move, no music, and no atmosphere—just bright office lights and a few tables with project samples. This was nothing like the enticing description or the appealing presentation on the website. It felt far from the lively, creative environment we expected. Although the staff were pleasant, the situation was quite disappointing. Regarding the location change, they mentioned they had sent an email, but who checks the location again after confirming it at booking? Moreover, the email didn't even highlight the change; it merely provided a link. We certainly didn't need that if we had already verified it. Overall, this was not the experience we were hoping for, and it felt like a significant waste of time to drive out of our way. We appreciate the effort put into the materials, but the overall experience fell flat.
I went to this event with a date, and we both had a wonderful time. I'm thrilled with how my lamp turned out. The designs were user-friendly, and when I wanted to attempt something more challenging, the instructor was incredibly supportive. I would absolutely participate again.
the instructor was kind of rude, very over taking in the lamp making process, constantly taking my piece out of my hands and telling me I was doing it wrong the showed me the "correct way" to do it which typically was exactly the same thing I was doing in the first place, he wasn't prepared to begin with we had to ask multiple times for him to fill up our bowls in the very beginning, was very pushy on what color we use together, and he offered no help to the second member of my party even when she waited for him to come help her.
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. I struggled with the design a bit but the instructor jumped right in to help. As a person who has traveled to Turkey, I enjoyed the conversation with the instructor, the Turkish Tea and of course, the Turkish Delight.
