Placing the order and its processing was simple and straightforward. I was surprised to notice that free shipping to Germany was offered. My subsequent request for a change of my order was handled competently by the staff. A bit odd: They requested additional, written bank proof of my advance payment by bank transfer. This is unusual in mail order, as receipt of payment is easily verified in the recipient's bank account and should not be the buyer's duty?!Delivery in Germany was carried out by UPS and caused annoyance and frustration: UPS's tracking showed signed delivery to the recipient, even though the package had not even left the UPS depot. Despite my request for intervention by both, sender and the parcel service, neither company resolved the matter, and it was probably just luck that UPS in the end delivered my shipment the following day.I had to return the helmet I ordered to Spain at my own expense because it didn't fit. The item was also likely returned or display stock: The original box from the manufacturer had been opened several times and severely damaged by this, then hastily repaired with adhesive tape. This isn't very trustworthy, especially for sensitive protective clothing like helmets. Returned goods or exhibition goods should always be offered as such, so the buyer knows what to expect.Even nine days after the shop confirmed receipt and completion of my return, I still haven't received a refund of the purchase price. When I inquired about it, I didn't receive any definitive information about when this would happen.The shop strives to be a european/ international mail-order company, but in my opinion, it doesn't quite live up to this demand. Therefore, I won't be ordering from them again.
I purchased 3 sweatshirts on Dec 2 2024, and they took money and never shipped anything. My brothers house was the ship to address and he has 24 hour surveillance and no shipper ever delivered. They are being silent and not responding to emails for refund. They are a scam.
0 troubleshootingMy order was delayed for no reason. Looks like the fault of the last-mile courier. Asking for support from Motocrosscenter and have almost nothing. Answers took days and were totally missed, cause support didn't read anything regarding the issue. More like autoreply with a delay of days.
