Absolutely terrible company have sent no policy details and there is no phone number to contact. Tried online chat 5 times and disconnected each time wanting information that I can’t possibly give as I have no policy documents. Do not recommend this service at all as they can’t competently help an still can not gain access to my policy

I found a quote via Confused.com where the monthly and annual prices were exactly the same. However, as soon as I clicked through to the Motorcade website to purchase and hit "proceed," the price immediately increased by £500 stating that "something has changed."I hadn't changed a single detail on the form. When I contacted their support, they were absolutely no help. They claimed that a 15% interest rate applies to monthly payments, despite the original quote clearly showing the prices were the same. This feels like a complete bait-and-switch. Avoid this company if you want transparent pricing.
This is by far the worst car insurance company out there I recently left go skippy as I had already used my 3 vehicle swaps for the year I went with motorcade and it’s been the biggest regret I’ve got the level of service is appalling the time they take to do anything is a joke claims department will try have a massive attitude until you want to make a complaint then the professionalism kicks in at that point go with literally anyone else
