Did not reduce grey hair and caused hair loss

I had high hopes for their grey hair treatment, but after months of use, I saw no change in my grey hair. More concerning was the hair loss—I started losing over 150 hairs a day. I contacted their customer service, and while they offered a 25% refund, they wouldn't acknowledge the hair loss issue. I've stopped using the products and will consult a doctor. This experience was disappointing.
