Very disspointed and carfull with these people if you thinking deal with them. Borrow some money for new business that they have use my excising business to get approval and promised to direct debit will come from new business but never happened. Keep taken money out from my excising business and lost tax benefit to the new business. E mail and many telephone conversation's didn't work out. They don't care the our needs only interesting their rules. Never helpful after the given money then we have to play their way. If you deal get everything inwriting and not recommended to any one. Never go back to them as well.
Would have preferred more explanation on how the loan facility works. But very good and fast service. I had to call Sim to confirm that we had 90 day terms for each of our invoices and the balance was then paid over the next 9 months via monthly payments with a 3% interest applied. That should have been explained to us from the start. Also, the form should be much easier for Directors to sign. Send them digital "sign here" would have been better than having login details as most directors do not do any sort of admin. They just want to be able to click and sign. That would have been more efficient.
I would warn anyone thinking of taking out a loan with this company to be very careful. I got a loan through them easy no problems, then my business took a turn for the worst. When this happened they were no help at all, tried renegotiating with them on 3 occasions with no success. I had to personally bankrupt myself, but didn't see the clause in the contract that any default on the loan they place a caveat on your property until you pay the loan. If you need a loan go to your bank or find a reputable lender, very under handed tactics.
