I was not aware that this would be turning my loan into a collection, as I was under the impression that I was refinancing my loan. Once I requested to cancel, I have been unable to reach anyone by phone, as my calls have gone unanswered.
The staff was very helpful, honest and knowledgeable. Everything was explained, all my questions were answered and some answered before I asked. Your product is well needed and for me, I saw it as a was to pay off creditors and at the same time reduce the bottom line on interest.
