Excellent service. All staff very pleasant and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Guys made moving on the day stress free. Everything was wrapped and moved with care. Cannot praise them enough and highly recommended this company for any house move.
Very professional company. Everything was packed with great care and delivered back from storage without any damage whatsoever.There is always someone there to answer any questions you may have and to put your mind at easethroughout the whole movong/storage process.Would definitely recommend this company and would use them again.
We used Moving Home Made Easy to move from a 2nd floor tenement flat to a house 23 miles away. The team on the day did everything, including the journey in less than 4 hours. They were so quick and efficient, but also took care with all our furniture and belongings, even wrapping things we had missed or hadn't wrapped well, despite us only choosing the removal option. We chose them after the initial survey visit as they were professional and we knew we could trust them. The communication between booking and the move was also excellent. A nice touch of a card and bottle of fizz didn't go unnoticed! Thank you so much.

Donna & Lauren in particular were great at providing advice and support, particularly as our move was delayed a few times over the space of two months. They were very flexible and accommodating (even at very short notice) and communication, both in writing and over the 'phone, was excellent.The teams who dealt with the actual removal and delivery of our belongings were polite, fast and accurate workers and had a good sense of humour (which was much needed particularly when we eventually moved into our new home!).I would not hesitate to recommend them and I can honestly say that working with them has been the most stress-free, positive aspect of our move!Thanks again and best wishes for the future.
We recently used MHME for my mother’s downsize and used both the packing and removal service - I can honestly say it was the best decision we made. From the initial enquiry with Donna through to the home survey to assess the amount of stuff to be moved to the actual packing and removal on the day, the customer service was fantastic – everyone was competent, friendly, polite and reassuring. Special kudos to the packing /removal team on the day who while working in the middle of a stressful situation remained friendly, good humoured and calm! I cannot recommend enough.
We were so happy with the service we received from start to finish - From initial quotation visit to the final items getting into our new house! The office staff were on hand and flexible when we had dates changing and the guys on the day were friendly, polite and extremely considerate of the job they were doing.
