Its been horrible trying to get my mom's furniture from Florida to Oklahoma. They picked it up on 2/18 and it was supposed to be here at 6pm today. Now they are saying 8:30 to 9pm. It only takes 3 days to get here with you 500 miles a day limit. They will be here until midnight putting it all back together. I just had surgery and really mad we have to deal with this. Ponca City OK is not that big. We were told they ware in our town over an hour ago

Recommendation: Avoid and Go Direct. The team was friendly and seemed confident during the booking process. We had multiple discussions about the inventory list and were thorough, but we forgot to include two patio chairs. The move involved 50 boxes with full packing and unpacking, plus up to 60 days of storage due to an uncertain closing date. A few days before the move, I reconfirmed the inventory and was told the quoted items would be on a shared truck, requiring an additional $2k for a dedicated truck. We agreed to this. The night before pickup, the moving provider confirmed, but on the morning of the move, the team claimed the cubic footage was double what was quoted, initially asking for an extra $13k in cash. After a lot of back-and-forth, we settled on $5k, which was still excessive. Misquoting cubic feet this badly is unacceptable. On delivery day, the subcontractor further outsourced the delivery, but all items arrived safely, thanks to the same labor that packed the house. They did well but mentioned that their subcontractor shortchanged them. My honest advice is to skip the middleman; this service is not worth it. If you're moving in the area, consider going directly to a provider.
Caution Advised. I provided the broker with a complete list of items, confirmed costs multiple times, and explained that a 26 ft truck was needed. However, on delivery day, the subcontractor demanded an additional $8,000, claiming I had only paid for 491 cu ft. When I wanted to cancel, they threatened to keep my deposit of $1,500 and insisted on a $1,000 payment through Zelle before loading my items. I allowed them to load 491 cu ft, which barely covered my belongings. Weeks later, I disputed the charges and stopped payment, but now the company refuses to deliver because of the stop payment. I realized the negative reviews are valid—this organization is a scam. I've reported them for fraudulent practices and may not recover my items, but I want to warn others.
