I bought the anxiety blanket for my Great dane, Daisy as she was traumatised we had moved house. the difference was amazing she soon was calm and safe, so I ordered another bigger one and that had the same result. I told a friend and she ordered a bed.customer service for both of us was great.
Good contact , and efficient delivery. The only complaint I have with the bed is the centre piece ( the bit the dog lies on has remained very lumpy even after I followed instructions when it arrived and my dog has slept on it for some days and I give it a good shake every day.
Just not worth the money. Exposed seams and zip on the inside of the bed, certainly not as supportive as the marketing claimed, in fact quite floppy. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.Took over two weeks to arrive, and for most of that time the tracking wasn't workingI have taken out the central cushion and may use it as a spare in another dog bed. It may be possible to restructure the outer into a dog blanket, but the fabric quality is poor and may lead to claws being caught.
Less than 1 if I could. Website makes you believe you’re buying from a uk site but you’re not. The bed was really cheap and nasty could get it for £10 from our local market. Don’t use this website because if you have a return it could cost you up to £300 to get back to china. Don’t believe what you read very misleading cheap and nasty.
Excellent customer service, quality products and extremely happy and comfortable dogs! I bought the extra large round fluffy bed and the ortho sofa type bed. All my (often traumatised) rescue dogs find the space they need at the time. They are using these beds to be together. I couldn't be happier.
