I ordered the 100cmx 68cm bed in the sale. It stated the delivery will be between 7-15 days because of the promotions they were very busy. I think it came on a slow boat from china. Because it took that long and was from China. lt had a co.uk web address.When it finally arrived the sides were very floppy even after puffing it out and leaving it for a day. The pictures on web looked more rigid like a sofa. The measurements were wrong. It was more to the size with the arm rest and back flopping out. The base was very thin so we had to bulk it up with our old bedding.I would not of paid full price for this. Even £70 sale price seem too much.Only good thing was the soft material.
No complaints whatsoever. Brilliant products, very good quality, keep you informed, fair price, helping unfortunate pets and my little friend loves snuggling in her bed or sofa cover - which is so soft and snuggly and she stretches out and doesn’t want to move. Excellent, thank you.
AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costsSomething fundamental has changed with this company. Unfortunately you cannot leave ZERO stars! Previously purchased 2 of these beds approximately 3 years ago, process of order, shipping and quality of bed, fab and beds matched the photos depicted on their website.Purchased new bed and as before bed was shrink wrapped, no problem and expected. However we were shocked and frankly appalled by lack of filling and materials, two days after unwrapping bed was still flat. Our dog only 10kgs had no support or cushioning. The bed we received was not the quality or anything like the images shown on their website. We emailed immediately asking for to return for a full refund. My husband although we never mentioned in our numerous email exchanges is General Counsel for one of the World’s largest telecommunications companies. We wrote to advise them of UK consumer law several times as they firmly would not accept the fact that if you are misled/mis sold a product that is not fit for purpose you are entitled to a full refund and they are to supply the consumer a returns label…not at the customers cost.The companies customer service team is appalling, they don’t read your emails. Eventually we gave up arguing the rights of consumer law as they completely disregard your emails. My husband being the lawyer he is decided that we should just give up the battle as clearly they have no intention to make right! It’s a tough call to make as unscrupulous companies seemingly seem to get away with false advertising and claims.We settled for a pathetic 30% refund that’s £15 back WHOO! Apologies for sarcasm the bed cost £52 + £6 p&p Their flat donut bed with little stuffing went in the bin…I could not even give to our local dog shelter…it would offer no comfort, imagine a towel folded in half…that’s your dogs level of comfort…NOT what is advertised on their misleading website.You have been warned!Our dogs deserve better 🐾
Avoid avoid I placed an order, the goods were not as described, very poor quality, I asked to return, they tried to give me a discount. I continued to fight, and still fighting 2/3 months later. I returned the item to the address on the label. They pretended it was not received until I proved otherwise. They now say it was not returned to the correct address, which incidentally is China, and still refusing to refund me despite having received the returned goods. They will try every trick in the book to avoid paying a refund. I am now reporting them to Trading Standards. Their product is seriously inferior and costly, it most certainly is not as described, please avoid buying anything from this company - a con
I bought the m/s for my cockapoo to put in living room as it looked good she loved it so much we decided to get the l/s for her bed in the bedroom so she could spread out at night we had a bit of trouble getting into website so sent a email customer service was so helpful after a few emails back and forty got it sorted love this product and looks good would definitely recommend it
Had not heard of your company before but when I read about your dog beds suiting anxious dogs I thought it was worth a try. Price seemed good and ordering was easy, delivery was as promised. My dog loves curling up in his Mr Fluffy bed and does seem to go into a deep, peaceful sleep. So pleased with it I have since bought a bed for the couch or chair for when we want to curl up together. My dog is very satisfied by my purchase, thank you
