Ordered the bed for my extremely anxious cavapoo who unfortunately tries to eat beds and blankets! The bed arrived well packaged and I opened it and let it re fluff. Placed in the area my dog sleeps and at first he refused to use the bed, however after a little coaxing he settled on the bed and slept well. So far he hasn’t attempted to chew the bed and settles quickly at bedtime.
Quick delivery, all good. Dog loves the fluffy comfort blanket so much that I bought another 2! It's lovely and soft and cosy and washes easily in the washing machine and comes up good as new. I quite like it too, the dog and I often share it when I am reading! Great buy, would recommend.

So see end 9f my original review!I have ordered over 9 beds from this company and never had issuesIt was time to replace so I ordered 3 bedsFirst I checked with customer service what size I had ordered in the last, I ordered as per the size I has]d purchased before, on arrival the beds were so much smaller than I had had before and are too small really for my big labs, I contacted customer service and whilst the did respond quickly advised I could return the beds at my cost (To China!)Or accept a 15% refundThese beds in total cost me approx £150 so neither option resolved my issuesI appreciated the quick response but really given I did ask before ordering what size I had previously purchased I was unhappy to have to accept a refund and keep beds not fit for purchaseReturning them to China was a huge cost and frankly not practice so warning to all be VERY SURE of the correct size for your needs as you won’t get any real customer service satisfaction if you don’tI can’t understand why I have ordered ok in the past and been very happy and this time got 3 beds much to small, I don’t believe the sizing was correct and challenged this to no avail. My dogs love these beds and I’m sad I will not be purchasing again but no one can afford to lose that much money for not doing anything wrong!Following a response the company are still sending out inaccurate informationThey mention my last order was for a 3XL bed….YES correct but as I explained to the customer service it was a GIFT PURCHASE FOR A FRIEND and had nothing to do with the 3 x XL beds that weren’t XL I purchased for my own dogs and that I had checked sizing before buying, so customer service please check your responses for accuracy and perhaps read all mails sent before responding to a trust pilot review trying to show you care…..
We have twice had quality issues with the bed we bought from Mr Fluffy Friend; however, the company’s customer service response to these issues has been outstanding. On both occasions, they have replaced the bed without any argument and their response to emails has been exemplary. The bed itself is fabulous and our dogs absolutely love it.
Placed order and paid in full on February 3rd, on February 7th I was sent a dispatch notice. On March 7th I sent an email asking where my order was, reply apologising and saying they would check where my order was, and that they would reimburse me if it was lost. On 10th I got an email saying they were still trying to contact the courier. I asked them to reimburse me, I was told they couldn't until they knew what had happened to parcel! Today another email saying they couldn't find out what had happened! All I can say is that this company have had my money since the beginning of February, they have no idea where it is, I can tell them exactly where it isn't! It is not here. I have again asked for a refund. Watch this space ..update 20/3 I've had 3 or 4 further emails one saying parcel had cleared customs!!! Three more saying they still can't find its whereabouts but they'll keep looking. It's nearly 2 months that this company have had £98 of my pension. I have bought the dogs other beds and I repeatedly ask for a refund which it appears I'm not entitled to until they find where their parcel is. I'm fairly confident I can kiss the money good bye. I made 2 mistakes I didn't search trust pilot before buying and I didn't use a credit card. Please don't make the same expensive mistake.
