Spent 179.00 on a large bed for my girl and what a joke in the quality of this bed. There is no possible way this bed will neither provide comfortable and support. It might as well have sent me a bag of marshmellows and a bag to put them in. It’s lumpy bed. Keep your money. I’m gonna try to return this and get my money back. I certainly am gonna contact my credit card company of the poor quality of this product.
I gave a 3 for 30% refund on my product. The small beds for cats are great the xxl don’t come close to have enough stuffing in bed bottom or bolster to keep ur bigger dog off the floor. I bought a foam mattress and cut it to put in bottom and added 2 bolster from an old fig bed to add weight and bulk to Boulder so my dog had a pillow around the bed as advertised and like my dog loves.
I love the soft fuzzy cover and my Dane loves to snuggle into the cover. I communicated with customer service. They were good about responding but refused to acknowledge that the bed did not work for a heavier weight dog. All around the circular base had gaps so u could feel the floor between main bed and bolster. About 4-5” all around and the bolster was not enough to support a large head and unlike the cat bolsters they did not keep the sides firm to b used a a pillow.
Quality is substandard. do not purchase anything from this place. I wanted to return the item within 2 days of receiving it and the return was to go back to China. Buyer beware. this place is as crooked and fraudulent in their claims of how good their product is. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!!
My dog instantly prefers this new bed, leaving her old one behind! At 5 years old, she’s not as tough on items as she used to be, and while I like this bed, it may not be as durable as her previous ones. Only time will tell. Her old beds were made of canvas, but they were a hassle to put back together after washing.
The sizing information suggested that these two beds would accommodate a border terrier, among other breeds, but that is inaccurate. They are more suited for a Yorkie or toy poodle—way too small. Additionally, the actual product does not match the photo in the advertisement. The quality is subpar, resembling something from a discount store. Overall, a waste of money.
I bought two large beds last December, thinking they were a good deal despite being "on sale" at a high price of $138 for both. They seemed worth the investment, so I took the risk. After receiving the order confirmation, I was left waiting for updates for a long time. My emails only got automated replies, which was quite frustrating. Finally, on day 15, I demanded a proper response or a refund within two days. Two days later, a damaged package arrived late on my porch. While the beds are soft, they don't resemble what was shown in the promotional videos at all. They came shrink-wrapped, and I had hoped they would expand significantly, but that wasn't the case. Even stacking both doesn't match the quality they advertise. My dogs don’t even want to use them, and they’re just sitting in my family room. The thought of going through the hassle of returning them was too much, especially so close to Christmas. If this is what they consider "Large," my pets would need an even larger size to match the marketing claims. For $138, I could have bought several beds and toys at a discount store. Save your money.
This is utterly disappointing! The bed is extremely cheap, flimsy, and offers no support. The claims made in the advertising are completely misleading. I sincerely hope that someone with the resources will hold this company accountable and initiate a class action lawsuit. Attempting to fit this oversized bed back into a three-layer plastic vacuum package is laughable and simply impossible! I refuse to return this subpar product for $105, but if I don't receive a full refund to my credit card promptly, I will ensure to share negative feedback widely online.
I ordered a dog bed that never arrived, and after waiting over a month, I received no assistance! I had to file a claim with a payment service to get my money back! Avoid this company; they act merely as a middleman for products that come from overseas, which either take an eternity to arrive or don't arrive at all! Save your money and choose a different seller to avoid their inadequate customer service! Proceed with caution!
