Review Time
This was my 3rd order, the first 2 were brilliant, no problems at all. I was supposed receive my order 12 November as my freezer was full, I sent an email early in the week to delay by 1 week. Received an email from Jase saying that was ok and for me to confirm 3 days before. I sent an email to confirm 3 days before but no response. The day of the delivery arrived still received nothing so sent an another email but no response. Sent a 3rd email a few days later asking if I will be receiving my order, if not, to refund me. Still nothing from them. Will never order from this company again!
The food as usual is excellent . Packaging and labelling could be better. This is the 2nd order that the labels are white in colour with no information re cooking etc like the black labels . Also labels are missing or cannot be read due to the ice blocks within the packaging making writing illegible
I ordered a delivery which did not arrive until the week after my planned event. There was an explanation that the delay was due to a family bereavement and that the order would be delivered the following week with a "free additional item" to prevent me requesting a refund.No item was received and there was no response to my polite chaser.Disappointing and a little dishonest I'm afraid.
