I’ve ordered numerous times without problems. A bit annoying with only Tuesday & Friday delivery slots but I can deal with that. Last two deliveries awful, one did not turn up before Christmas. I had to chase & chase before it got sent out & surprise surprise not on Tuesday or Friday. Only waited over 4 weeks for delivery. Another order I placed over a week ago still no sign. I will not be ordering again
After many weeks of trying to contact answer machine always full, we where on holiday tried to arrange delivery almost impossible.order arrived tikka masala was thigh’s not breast as ordered ,gave them to food bank as we don’t eat thighs ,the least you should have had was what you ordered or sorry we will send breasts in 10 days
I was expecting delivery last Friday 26 Nov 21 which never arrived i tried to contact Mr Grillhouse 4 times once by phone no answer twice by the 'Contact Us' tab on their website and once by Email , there was no response from any of them However they are still managing to send out advertising Emails to my anger. I am going into hospital for cancer surgery Thursday 2nd Dec and will not be at home to accept the parcel should they finally decide to send it. I wanted the order cancelled and a full refund but as they never get back to me i'm in limbo. If they do deliver the Chicken whilst im in hospital it will be left on the doorstep until i return home or more likely be pinched This is a vey poor service and i was so looking forward to trying their product because i had heard how good it was
