This is likely the worst pharmacy website I have encountered. They failed to dispatch my order on the promised delivery date, and the customer support is extremely poor. Obtaining a refund is incredibly difficult. I purchase a significant amount of medication each month, and I would never recommend this site. Steer clear, even if the prices seem appealing, as they operate like scammers.

After reading about the delayed deliveries, I still placed an order, and here I am on the 1st of November, still waiting for my medicine. They rescheduled the delivery for the 4th of November. I'm not sure they understand the urgency of patients' needs.
Ordered a specific medication and instead received a completely different product. I had previously warned them about mistakes, yet they repeated the error. This has caused significant delays, and I am unsure of their intentions. I will file a complaint until I receive either the correct product or a full refund. Be cautious of this service.
I ordered medication that was supposed to arrive by the 29th-30th of September, but it still hasn't been delivered. The company's phone line is unresponsive, and the WhatsApp support has been claiming delivery since the 30th. We had a few buffer days but not enough to cover this delay.
They delivered a critical injection in a cold box with melted ice packs, leaving it warm after 24 hours of dispatch. This injection could have been delivered the same day, but it took over 24 hours instead. They insist I take the injection despite the poor condition. The customer service representatives lack proper communication skills. It's a frustrating experience.
