Used this company to sell books too. I Was happy with my first experience. However, on my second experience was not the same. I sent 2 boxes of books and they refused 50% of them, saying they were in poor condition. Therefore they got recycled, and we didn’t get what we were owed. What a waste. Good books have gone to the bin. I contacted the head office in Paris, but they said there was nothing they could do, as they are sorted else where. It seems to me that this isn’t as ecological as I thought. I will not be using them again. It would be better giving the book to charity.
Poor follow-up on orders. The day you check on the site , 14 days after placing an order, the chatbot tells you the book has been sent Today! Then you call the óperator to share your discontent and you are told it has not been sent YET. Very disappointing experience after a similar one with Amazon!!!!
Awful company dont trust them,all the time they lie,they cheat,they mislead.Items via the Dutch Bol website/marketplace are constantly not in the described condition&incomplete&very damaged& very filthy&most times not authentic/bootlegs/illegal etcetera! Potential buyers: expect the worst from momox/medimops nomather were you buy from them! I paid almost in total €20,00 All i ask from my end is a partial refund of €7,29 The cardboard o-card is fully decolored.Booklet&Back insert is both fully decolored.6 cracks on the cd case.cd tray spindle is also broken:1 tooth is broken.cd sit loose & fully unprotected on the booklet.Booklet is very damaged.Back inlay insert is very damaged.cd is very scrached &very filthy.cd face artwork is very worn.A huge medimops sticker sit sticked on the cardboard o-card it can not be removed ofcourse if i remove it it will damage the cardboard o-card & it will also leave glue residue wich can not be removed water& any other liquid each will damage the cardboard o-card!This huge medimops sticker should be sticked on the cd case! The cardboard o-card is flat & pressed in&its very worn! The cardboard o-card is also fully decolored inside: brown from nicotine,daylight,sunlight.The entire artwork of the cardboard o-card & booklet &back inlay insert is each fully decolored from sunlight& daylight! Booklet slides out the cd case if the cd case gets open &closed it will further damage the booklet! The very exclusive&colectebale golden big hype sticker is missing! cd case is very scrached & very scufded,its a very thin & very cheap cd case wich was not protected in the way to large & way to wide air mail package!,the air mail package is re-used and very damaged!momox does it all the time they always re-use air mail packages.The bubble side of the air mail package is fully flat so its no protection at all.a cardboard o-card/a cd case, especially a cardboard o-card must be wrapped in special protection foam/ wrapped in a extra layer of bubble plastic,a cd case is very fragile, especially a cardboard o-card is very fragile! Momox/Medimops never protect very fragile items,momox never protect a cd case,they never protect any items at all its a money obsessed fraudulent company that really dont care about collecting loyal customers,nor that they care about items The entire artwork of the cardboard o-card & booklet &back inlay insert is each very hazy while i can proof how fully colored it all must be.The entire product looks fake it looks like a burned cd-r copie instead of a professionally original printed retail release version copie! I know that a illegal Ukraine bootleg is floating around,Berlin have lots of Russian&Ukraine people & Berlin is not a far distance from Russia&Ukraine so its very good possible that i have received the illegal unofocial Ukraine bootleg.The damaged/broken spindle plate of the cd case have damaged the cd surface& exactly the same counts for the artwork of the cd face.Momox want to let me pay for a unsafe return they expect from me that i return without insurance& without track& trace,on bol is always fully free return even without that the customer have to pay up front for a return.The 30 days free return period was unanounced started since the date of dispach while the 30 days free return period must start since the date of delivery! I confronted momox with this but they ignore it all the time.Momox is known for claiming a no arival of a return of a order so that they can further screw you over financialy thats exactly why they pushes you to return a order uninshured without track&trace,if you as customer want a fully safe return of the order than momox will let you fully pay for the insurance& track&trace. Momox is also known for not paying a refund of the return costs while they claim to refund the return costs, dont fall for their shady traps! I refuse to return the order i dont allow these thiefs to re-sell the item.The item is a limited edition,it drives me insane that the item is not in the described condition etcetera! I have made also the same 1 star review on trustpilot about the english section of momox,i will also make on trustpilot etcetera 1 star reviews about medimops & BOL ALSO,OFCOURSE IN EACH REVIEW BOTH COMPANIES WILL BE MENTIONED! I also make 1 star reviews with proof:FOTOS&SCREENSHOTS! A limited edition must be fully complete&good condition according to Bol it must be fully intact! MOMOX/MEDIMOPS IS NOT A HONEST COMPANY! I FULLY 100% AGREE WITH ALL THE 1 STAR REVIEWS ABOUT MEDIMOPS/MOMOX ON TRUSTPILOT ETCETERA! ALL THE DAMAGES ETCETERA IT WAS ALL NOT DESCRIBED IN THE ITEM DESCRIPTION ON BOL! I decided to be an idiot and once again order from this horrible company who's service has been horrible each and every time I have tried to reach out to them and who has REPEATEDLY sent me either damaged goods, or good so badly packaged that I receive them damaged.I ordered a lot of items pretty much all in "good" or "very good" what I received was a BADLY packaged package full of torn, cracked, scratched, broken items.I was already pissed off because of all of the other issues I have had with them recently, like them lying, refusing to offer proper compensation for damaged items, refusing to send a purchased item claiming it is out of stock after noticing they were selling the item for too cheap, then increasing the price and all of this while keeping the item still up for sale which is illegal btw.I contacted both the normal support and the biz email on this matter. Hoping and trying to receive compensation and all they offered me was that I could keep the items and get 10€ credit which isnt even a third of the value of the items or that I could ship back my entire order to them at my expense and after they at some point receive a full refund.I told support that I don't want "credit" from their untrustworthy company since I doubt I will order from them in the future.I was then offered a direct 10€ refund which once again is STILL NOT EVEN A THIRD of the value of the items or ship the order back. I requested at least 15€ in compensation, but at that point negotiation shutdown.There is absolutely NO way I will waste a second of my time. Shipping them anything back.I have contacted PayPal and hope I can have this sorted out there, since the people at Momox/Medimops are unable to behave in a reasonable way.Remember my actions are caused by their repeated lies, bad service, lack of quality assurance in the case of actually checking that the condition of the item is as THEY THEMSELVES CLAIM! as well as actually packaging the items in a manner that they do not get damaged by their lacking use of packing material.
Avoid this company at all costs recently a C.D I bought arrived and was in a dreadful condition the case was broken and dirty and cracked and the C.D was scratched and skipped on most of the tracks when I contacted Momox they said it was in an acceptable condition by their standards which speaks volumes about their standards as what good is a C.D if it doesn't actually play they then said I could send it back but the postage exceeded what I had paid so whats the point and not worth the grief , avoid like the plague .
Avoid this shop like the plague!I placed an order and my bank account was debited immediately. The next day, a few hours later, I received an email confirming its shipment. However, more than a month after this alleged shipment, the shipment status still indicates that nothing was received by the logistic company.I contacted Momox.fr to get information about the shipment of my order: all possible and imaginable obstacles were placed to not ship the due items nor to return the money.Not convinced? Look on their website for the email address to contact them for support. Can't find it after 1 minute? Strange, isn't it? Can't find it after 2 minutes or more? As said, avoid them! Stay away from this shop like the plague!
I’ve sold a hundred euros of books to momox over the years, 25c here €3 there and there’s always little discrepancies. Sometimes they just claim that a certain higher value book wasn’t received even though it’s definitely gone other times the claim a book that’s in really good condition is no longer sellable and will ask you to donate it for free or pay a charge to have it sent back to you. I used to accept these as a kind of tax, but lately it just gets more and more. This time they claimed 50% of the books I sold were not up to scratch even though they were in the same condition as when they I bought them from momox. It’s just become too scammy.
Book advertised as « très bon état », whereas it is actually in a pretty bad state. Two books received that have English titles and that have been written in English originally, but are indeed the French and Spanish translations, without any indication of this on their website. On inquiry, they replied that I must « check the ISBN codes » before ordering to make sure the book is in the desirable language. Really? I must check the ISBN code for hidden information that they might have « neglected » to include on their website?
