I have never received my package and I ordered it in December 2025 and they are showing a backdated date of August 2025 after i complained that I didn’t receive my package that I ordered on December 2025. I am not sure if they are fraud
Wish I could give zero stars. Took 7 weeks to get my order. Neither bra fits and they are so cheaply made. Absolutely no lift or “gel” as they call it. Waste of $55. And forget about returns! What a joke of a company! Could’ve gotten better quality at Walmart. Don't waste your time or money.
This brand is a Scam ! Don’t even want to give one star , i ordered the highly viewed and supportive bra . Wks late realized no updates on shipping and when i asked for refund they are taking forever . Worst experience plz don’t fall for them
Total scam. Tracking information showed nothing, I went months without knowing where my order was. Never recieved the product. Customer service seemed was AI, and it took forever to get responses and a refund. I would never recommend this company.
I purchased the viral jelly bras in leopard print, brown and black. They fit reasonably well at first, being soft and supportive, but they soon lost their shape and became overly stretchy. They only fit decently right after washing, but quickly stretched out again. I had to adjust the straps to try to regain some support, but the back kept riding up and the hooks on the straps would flip sideways. Additionally, they are not breathable at all, leading to heat rash under my breasts. Overall, very disappointing.
I wish I could give this company zero stars. WARNING!! DO NOT PURCHASE!! They claim you have 30 days for returns, but this is untrue! I bought several sets of bras, and none fit as described. When I reached out within the allowed timeframe, they only offered to replace 3 items and provide a $50 voucher. I spent nearly $300 on bras that DO NOT FIT. I requested a simple exchange, but they refused. SCAMMERS! LIARS! TERRIBLE PRODUCTS!! They also sent me two completely incorrect items (wrong style and color) and wouldn't correct the order! I need to leave this review since their website lacks a way to alert others about their FAKE return policy!
I would rate zero stars if possible. I've been going back and forth with a representative about a pair of expensive leggings that are supposedly lost. They offered me only $16 as compensation because they claim the company is also at a loss. How is this my fault? This is a terrible company; do not buy from them!
The measurement guides are inaccurate. Customer service won’t allow exchanges and only offers to replace items with the same exact product instead of a different style that might fit better. When I explained the item wouldn't work at all, they offered a $20 refund on an order that was almost $90.
