I never received my order. It seems to be stuck somewhere for days, and the delivery is already ten days late. I received a link to track it, but the courier is also unreachable. I requested a refund, so I hope to get my money back soon (still waiting for a response).
I ordered two cassette mugs, and they arrived just as they appeared on the website. The products are definitely legitimate and of good quality. Just a heads up, this service uses dropshipping, and items are sent from overseas, so it may take a while to arrive.
Ordered custom mugs with Cassette Tape designs. Order 5 different mugs, Received mugs with only 2 designs. Wrote to their customer service at 1:30pm ET the day they were delivered (a monday).Company claims to be in Wyoming but the return email says "Thank you for reaching out to us. Our team is currently outside of business hours, but we’ve received your message and will get back to you as soon as we’re back online" I sent another email at 4:30pm ET and got the same return message. SCAM!
I had two cup customized and just received them yesterday. They came out perfect. The ones I had customized were for the group Smif n Wessun which I will be gifting to them personally. Can’t wait to see their reaction and have more done so they can sell them at their shows.
