Good Service but improvements required

From ordering to delivery is flawless. I would have given 5 star however, I feel the turnaround time with customer services email responses requires much improvement. I initially registered on 1st December, and the discount code was invalid. I emailed customer services. Received a response on 8th Dec asking for proof. I emailed directly and to date (23rd) no response. I’ve had to make my purchases regardless, but does make me question how this would work should I ever had an issue with a product! Such a shame really as their ordering and shipping is sharp.
