Alhamdulillah, the experience with the transport service was simply amazing; we had three different polite drivers who took us from the airport to our hotel and then on to our next destination. All rides were in clean vehicles. Highly recommend their services. Thank you!
I have had a great experience with Muhabiya transportation company for our recent Umrah trip. It includes 3 different polite, well-mannered and punctual drivers who took us from Madinah Airport to Madinah Hotel, from Madinah Hotel to Makkah Hotel and then Makkah Hotel to Jeddah Airport. We also arranged Ziyarat tour in Madinah. Customer care and drivers were very organized and always sent a message before each pickup. Only one suggestion is to improve the method of finding the driver at the arriving airport (4* instead of 5*). I had to wait outside exit 5 for about 25 min to find our driver. I know that you are not allowed to hold a name card at the exit.
The driver called Imran was very friendly and very kind very helpful to be honest this is my third time I’m coming but I really like his service. He was such a nice and kind guy Emma leaving this review because of his behaviour with me was absolutely good. I really like it. I give hundred of hundred whoever ever see this review always request for this guy. Very good guy.
I had use this transport agency during my visit to SA. The service what I received was really amazing. I would like to mention the drivers name Mr Imran Shah who was dropping us to the airport. He was on time, safe driver, know the area well and didn’t hesitate if we wanted to stop on couple of occasion. I would defo recommend this driver and this agency. Will defo use again.
