My landing was delayed by nearly an hour and brother waseem waited very patiently. He was parked in a convenient place and was easy to find. The vehicle was really spacious and comfortable and the drive was great. Dropped us right in front of the hotel and guided us on where to go. Cannot fault the service. 👌👌
I was hesitant to use this app because of all the bad reviews, and I still don’t fully trust it. That said, I got lucky with my driver. Even though I didn’t expect him to speak English very well, he really tried, and I appreciated the effort. He was polite, professional, and made the tour comfortable.Overall, it was a better experience than I expected. I’d recommend the driver, but I would still advise anyone considering this app to research carefully and stay cautious. Hopefully the platform improves in terms of trust and consistency.
