Review Time
Having ordered a porcelain slab sample on 03/02/26 and delivered on 06/02/26. I decided to follow up with an order for 80m2 on 10/02/26 only to find a price increase of 22.7%. When I contacted the office via email due to time. The response was that that’s the price and the deal had finished. When I originally looked and ordered the sample there was no advertised just a quote saying great low price. To say this is disappointing and they won’t honour the deal I was expecting is poor in my honest opinion. To expect £400+ more for the same product is against my morals.

This was my first time buying tiles for a bathroom renovation, I got great advice from Caallym was very very helpful when it came to measurements and how many tiles to order. It was a close call as to whether we could get the tiles before Christmas but he made it happen. Very happy customer
Just received my porcelain order and the quality is top-notch - exactly as pictured. Excellent service. Telephone and chat communication was professional and friendly. My specific delivery requirements, limited access to a cul de sac and requiring delivery on a specific day, was fulfilled without difficulty. Best priced tiles i could find anywhere and expertly delivered (no breakages at all), very well pleased with the whole process.
Wide choice of tiles and provided a very professional service, tiles arriving on time with great communication. Unfortunately one of the packs was damaged having a large boot print on the front causing the tile to break and two others to chip. Contacted Tile Space who were very apologetic, with no quibble replacing them. Replacements arrived on time. Issue was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Based on my experience I would have no hesitation in highly recommending this retailer.
