I'm relatively new to getting reps and mulebuy seemed like the most solid option, there were no annoying pop up ads and the website was clear and user friendly. It was very easy to navigate compared to other agents for me, they have a discord server where there are people always looking to help and finding w2c an item has never been easier. The website also has a built in guide for newer people. The shipping process is seamless and accurate, arriving on the date the tracker says so with no delays, I ordered a 6.8 kg haul and I faced no problems whatsoever, mulebuy has a smaller community compared to other agents but I await its growth and expansion.
Real friendly and responsive staff, good site and reliable. Only reason why not 5 stars is because the actual website could use a little bit of work, can be a bit clunky at times and shipping isnt as cheap as I thought. Overall tho, trustworthy, fast replies and does what it needs to do. Thanks Mulebuy!
