My husband surprised me with APEX Titanium pans as a thoughtful gift, and I was genuinely excited to try them. Unfortunately, the experience has been nothing but disappointing.
From the very first use, everything sticks — and I mean everything. Eggs, vegetables, meat — even when using a very generous amount of oil. I’ve tried different heat levels, proper preheating, and followed the care instructions carefully, but nothing makes a difference. For cookware at this price point, this is completely unacceptable....a FRAUD...even their videos are...take a closer look...how they use the frying pans...with NO FLAMES? ...How i wish my husband had done more research...
What has made the situation even worse is the response from customer service. In my experience, their support has been deplorable. It truly feels like once they have your money, they simply don’t care about resolving the issue or standing behind their product.
The pans perform so poorly and the handling of my complaint has been so unsatisfactory that I have formally submitted a complaint to the EU Consumer Commission.
I would strongly advise others to think carefully before purchasing. These pans are extremely expensive and, in my experience, absolutely not worth it.
I received updates throughout the entire process from ordering to delivery. The staff were friendly and supportive. The chopping boards are of great quality, and the knives are performing well. I'm very pleased with my purchase.
I'm truly thrilled to be getting another cutting board, which I consider an early Christmas gift. My family is gathering this weekend for an early celebration, as my siblings often spend a few months in a different location. This will be my first time joining them. After losing my wife to cancer last summer, I've committed to improving my health. We always focused on healthy eating, opting for organic when we could, which led me to this brand. I was always cautious about using plastic and wooden boards, often sanitizing them with a bleach solution. I'm bringing my two cutting boards to the family gathering for food prep. Update: I just received my new cutting board and I'm so relieved because I forgot to bring back my two boards from the family party, but at least my brother is using them. I was excited to show my sister my boards, and she mentioned she just got one too, though she's not sure if it's the same brand. Thanks again for the excellent customer support.
I ordered the cutting boards and am very satisfied with them. They are easy to clean and do not harbor bacteria. I use them for all my chopping needs, and they haven't dulled my knives. I'm planning to buy the frying pan when I return from my trip.
These cutting boards are fantastic! We have six in various sizes and use at least one every day. It's wonderful not to find bits of plastic in our food anymore. Plus, six or eight of these boards take up less space than one regular plastic cutting board, which really helps with storage. Ordering was a breeze online, and shipping was quick. They arrived well-packaged and protected. Thank you to the team!
I've been searching for a good cutting board that stays clean and doesn't absorb residues from other foods. I had five different boards to avoid cross-contamination, but they never cleaned well enough for my peace of mind. After replacing several, I saw an ad and decided to try one, ultimately buying four! So far, I'm really enjoying them and feel confident they clean well without contaminants. I highly recommend them; it was a worthwhile purchase!
AVOID THIS SELLER! I ordered a titanium hammered deep pan on November 28, 2025. After following up about dispatch, the seller confirmed on November 3 that the package was shipped with tracking info, which showed no movement. On December 6, the seller claimed the item was out of stock! After initially lying about the dispatch, they offered me only two options: wait another two weeks for restock or choose a vastly different item. They are not processing refunds! The order cost £112.00! Complete thieves.
The company falsely claims its trust pilot score; it's not accurate. They also refuse all returns or refunds. Based in another country, their customer service is practically non-existent. I mistakenly placed a duplicate order and contacted them immediately, but they claimed they couldn't stop the order and don't accept refunds unless there's a defect. Terrible company. DO NOT TRUST.
