We had ordered a bookcase

We had ordered a bookcase. It was to be delivered early September but there was a delay. We had a choice of a full refund or wait till early October. We waited, got word it was ready for delivery but we weren't but there was no problem. Following week it arrived with very good advance notice and 2 lovely delivery guys. Very pleased.

Had new Sofa in 3 weeks

We bought our sofa in the Murphy Furnitre in Tallaght. The sales assistant was full of information and very helpful. We had our sofa in 3 weeks. Delivery guys very professional.

AVOID - No one know what's going on in this company

Ordered online for an item "in stock". Unfortunately their version of "in stock" is different to mine. 2 weeks later still can't get a straight answer on when they expect the item to be delivered to the store. If I was to believe what they tell me apparently they have one van going to Dublin once a week and if your order is on it you'll be lucky LOL. It's all nonsense to be honest, just giving me the run around now and keeping my money. Unless you can walk into one of their shops pick up the item you want, I would avoid at all costs. They're trying to be something they're not if you want to order furniture online do with with someone who knows what they're doing and not relying on a man with a van to deliver to their customers.So a nice response below to my above review, more nonsense - you know who I am - I'd prefer if you answered my calls and respond to emails with some real information and solved the issue instead of pretending you're actually doing something

Had a look on their website one day as I was looking for a small corner sofa that wasn't going to break the bank! Found one added it to the cart while I mulled over the purchase for a day or two. They sent me an email with a discount code and I purchased the couch. It was delivered within a couple of days by two young men who were so friendly and helpful. They rang and gave me the heads up that they were on route so I didn't have to sit around all day waiting for them. Highly recommend the company. Great affordable furniture and great customer service. Thanks guys...

Poor customer service for online orders

Took my order online which showed in stock. Waited a full week to inform me it was not in stock and was in fact discontinued and issued refund process taking another few working days.
