had issues with some sizing, unfortunately I was just outside the returns window, due to life issues. Initial response was to do through the returns portal, however no luck. Then the response was negative. However it looks like this was an automatic bot response. On opening hours I received a human response who was extremely helpful. I successfully returned items that were not good for me and ordered another. Thank you for reversing the negative impression that I received from reviews here.

Poor quality

I used to love Muscle Republic for their quality, but my recent experience has been incredibly disappointing. I purchased the VO2 5” shorts, which I adored because they were made of 85% polyester and 15% elastane. I was excited to order a couple more pairs, but what I received was a shock: the new shorts are now 100% polyester and feel cheap—almost like something you'd find on Alibaba. To make matters worse, they've removed the internal zip pocket, which was a feature I appreciated. Returning the items is a hassle as well; they use a third-party service that requires you to provide your driver’s license number and card details, which I’m not comfortable doing, especially after the Optus breach. If you value quality and good service, I strongly recommend staying away from Muscle Republic. Their customer service team was unable to help with my concerns, and overall, this experience has left me frustrated. I won’t be coming back.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.I placed an order and nothing was ever delivered. Instead of resolving the issue, I was told to contact their shipping provider — a company I had never heard of.After some time, the shipping company contacted me and advised that the item was available for collection with no attempted delivery. I drove to the collection point, only to be told that I could not collect the goods because they do not release or hold items for companies that have not paid their account.Despite this, Muscle Republic marked the issue as resolved. I never received my order and am now forced to dispute the transaction with my bank.

No Christmas spirit here

So what happens when you buy in November an item of clothing for a Christmas present but it turns out that it's the wrong size and therefore need to exchange it? NOTHING HAPPENS because they will not budge in their return within 30 day policy. Great Christmas spirit... you'd think they would extend their window of returns for this period. But no, no they won't. Crap customer service.

Beware that they DO NOT refund your…

Beware that they DO NOT refund your money when you purchase an item over the black Friday which I'm not aware that its Black Friday on the 19 November. They only give you 2 options an exchange and a store credit which is really silly as you have paid for your item. As a customer you have the right for an exchange and refund of your funds what a shame. I will definitely not be buying from Mucle Republic.

Return not honoured

Purchased items as a Christmas present for a family member, they wished to return one item in exchange for a different colour. They were told i would be issued a store credit to enable them to proceed and not to return the original item to save handling. I received an email confirming this, then two day’s later I received another email they had reviewed the situation and would not honour their agreement, not good customer relations
