I purchased digital copies of several music sheets, company took my money, but no product is found in my library. None in the site (tried different broswers), none in the app. When I click on the link to see my sheets, all I have is this error: "We're sorry: The link that brought you here seems to have an incorrect order number.". All I have understood is that the digital copy is an "addon" and to be accessed you need to buy also the physical copies. This is unacceptable! You should not be albe to buy an addon without the main product.EDIT: after reaching cuatomer support, they sent the money back.

They have a wide selection of songs, including lesser known songs. Purchasing and printing went smoothly and regarding printing, I appreciate that they give another chance to print if/when my old laser jet printer is acting up.

I was trying to buy a song for $5.99, got to checkout and was paying via PayPal. I got back to the Musicnotes 'Review Your Order' page and all seemed fine but the 'Submit Order' button couldn't be clicked.However, the 'Join Now' button for $14.99 could be clicked on. I didn't do it as I wanted to see what the quality was like with one song before committing to more.I'd checked both the T&C checkboxes, Country (UK) and checked everything else several times - I gave up in the end!Sorry, probably deserves much better than 1 star but I'll never know :(
