I was told a refund would be coming, but may take up to two billing cycles, then I was told I must do something else to my order to get the refund. Not straightforward, not upfront. The total was in US funds but did not say that anywhere - until I got the charge on my credit card, despite denoting I was in Canada.

Twice I’ve ordered and tried to print music from this website. Twice I’ve been unable to print. I tried from a phone, a tablet, and a laptop this last time. The first time I was able to successfully cancel my order. The second time it is not an option. There is no customer service which is my biggest complaint. The chat bot is useless. I called the customer service number well within their operating time and it went straight to voicemail every time. I submitted an email and still no response. We won’t be using music notes again nor recommending it.

Customer service sucks or is non-existent. -------------It's interesting. You contact a company like Musicnotes, you get a response that blatantly displays ignorance. Then, after you expose their lousy behavior publicly, they try to save face by "apologizing" if you weren't happy with their ignorance.

MusicNotes is a super-important tool for my vocal and instrumental lessons. It is a great resource for repertoire, especially in the popular genres. The player apps enable the isolation of parts of the score and, in the older legacy version, the isolation of specific phrases.
