I printed a score that I paid quite a price for. (The license costs as much as a hanon book) and I misplaced it. Went back on musicnotes, found out you can only print it once? I have to pay again just to print a song that I already have a license to? This is not nice.

Fist of all, this is not the first time this have happened. After not being a customer for a long while, I'm suddenly charged for a monthly fee. I can't pay my bills, when they reserve unauthorized amounts on my account. This should be canceled immediately and I've asked them to delete all the information They have on me. So I'm waiting for a confirmation mail on this!
