First time I downloaded a chart I was…

First time I downloaded a chart I was able to buy one copy in a key I desired and that was great. Second time around I wanted a different version of the same song and the program wouldn't let me buy just one copy; I had to order 5 of them and thus pay for 5. I needed only one. Also I couldn't transpose it into the key I wanted so I feel like I paid way too much for the product that I don't need. I needed the chart so I had to purchase it regardless. Not happy.

I ORDERED 4 SONGS LAST WEEK AND AFTER…

I ORDERED 4 SONGS LAST WEEK AND AFTER ONLY BEING ABLE TO VIEW THE FIRST PAGE, WAS EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED THAT THE MUSICAL NOTES WERE TOO HIGH FOR ME TO BE ABLE TO SING. HAD I BEEN ABLE TO VIEW THE ENTIRE SONG I WOULD HAVE KNOW THAT. WASTED THAT MONEY!!!!!!!

Was really irritating to use

Was really irritating to use because after I already paid for the music it cost me just as much to print it out again. Makes no sense, just tying to squeeze money out of me.
