Probably the worst seller I have ever dealt with. Bought a guitar. Took weeks to arrive in UK. Awful packaging when it did arrive. Courier dumped in driveway in the rain and just vanished. For a week guitar seemed okay, then it became apparent there was a fault. Manufacturing/build fault on internal electrics. Asked seller to arrange collection - the rudeness and obstructiveness were just the worst ever encountered. Had to resort to Paypal. Had to spend a fortune paying for a courier myself. Item stuck at customs and seller refused to cooperate again. Finally it got delivered and Paypal forced a refund. I am out of pocket for £60 to return an item which was always going to be fautly. Thank goodness Paypal sorted the refund of my £700 because the seller was never going to do it. Please avoid this seller if you want to preserve your sanity.
Absolutely brilliant service. Purchased and delivered to UK as no other UK retailer to match the price, took less than a week too, I have had items take longer using UK postal service. Speaker is perfect and I cannot fault the service. Brilliant
