Review Time
My delivery address was incorrect, an old address, so I contacted the company to amend it. Apparently this couldn’t be done, even though I contacted them a few hours after I placed the order late Sunday evening. Consequently the order was delivered to an old home address 260 miles away from my current living address. So there was no way to get or intercept the package. So someone else is now enjoying my £80 purchase.
On the website you can pre-order a product but after that you receive a mail that states otherwise ( the product is not in stock). Tried last night to order a product that said "on the road". Same mail! The pre-order is an option left there so you order and then receive a mail that may make you change the product to something they have in stock, otherwise the order you place will be canceled in 2 days. I'll never order from Muziker!
