Although there was a problem with shipping my original order, when I sent an email that my order had not been received and I communicated what USPS had replied, MVMT Customer Service immediately (day after Christmas) replied that they would ship out my order via UPS.... and they did! Excellent customer service.
I recently bought a watch from MVMT and i want to tell people it is the best watch i have ever owned. It is very accurate and durable. It is very eye appealing as well. Many of my co-workers have asked me about the watch and are very interested in buying one. Thankyou for my watch. These watches would be such a great gift for Christmas. Keep up the great work. Tony
The worst company that I ever deal. On 27.11 I ordered watches after 11 days of waiting UPS showed me that the package got back in company, so I got new order number never got a tracking number. It is 12.12 and still didn’t got, I write many email and spoke with 2 people that not even know what to do with that. But everybody say something else. I already ask for money back, that still not happening. Please don’t order anything from there. I already saw other reviews from other people that not even get money back and they even spent more money.
I have owned multiple MVMT watches and the products have been “acceptable”. The watch strap I had on my chrono broke right before my wedding. I ordered a replacement to be delivered to my residence in SC. The strap never arrived and wasn’t able to where my watch during wedding. The strap was stuck in the post office. My biggest disappointment is the customer service on the backend of this transaction. MVMT’s “support” team essentially told me “sorry but there’s nothing we can do”. I chatted with the support team and the result of the conversation was a link to leave a review. Long story short. Lower quality products, even lower quality customer service. Shop elsewhere if these two things are important to you.
I knew what I was getting but wanted a beater field style watch as travelling in big cities makes my nice watches difficult to wear and stay safe.However 24 hours after wearing the mvmt field watch the glass already has a scratch, I haven't dropped it just in and out of jackets, pockets etc.Thankfully I only paid £45 on black Friday but still terrible quality all the same.It actually looks decent otherwise.
Mvmt watches can be bought on Alibaba for 20-30$, they are Chinese junk. Don't buy into the hype. They spend millons on advertising to morons and it Works, years later they're still scamming people. If you want a good watch, save your money and buy something swiss.
Poor quality watch straps, colour not as advertised. Strap is purple not brown. Instead of sending another one which is brown, they said just return the purple strap but then I wouldn’t have a strap for my MVMT watch?!
Where do I begin, If you guys ever had a chance to use their live chat and get a talk with Laura, she is AMAZING!! even the word Amazing is a understatement. The quick, rapid and above and beyond service really makes me proud to be a owner of MVMT product. I had a watch ordered for a wedding coming up soon and didn't receive a confirmation email yet even though my money has been taken out of my account. Laura has given me reassurance about my order stating a email will be sent within 24 hours of the order and also give me proof over her end that the order has been received in their system. Even though it was something small, to have less things to worry about with a wedding and to have things confirmed and finalised, really goes really far. I have supported MVMT since 2016 and will be ongoing!
I recently lost a screw from my watch case. When I contacted customer support requesting a replacement screw, the response was prompt, and the offered solution was more than adequate.They sent me a replacement watch case, at no expense, promptly. Obviously, there was due diligence. I had my serial number and account information readily available. Be responsible and this company will take care of you. Thank you to Joyce, who was immensely helpful in quickly resolving my problems.
