TLDR: Like the look of mvmt but the quality is trash and support does nothingBought a bracelet (Profile Men’s Bracelet) and like the look but immediately recognized the clasp was finicky. Raised a case and they said it was a rare defect, but the replacement seemed similar. Wore the replacement a handful of times and lo and behold the clasp was just as terrible and the bracelet fell off and got lost. Many other folks mentioned the same in the product review, yet they continue to sell this defective item. When I reached out they told my “oh well, we can’t do anything for you”.
Really liked the mvmt watch originally it looked good for being an inexpensive watch. It was actually one of my favorite watches….then the battery died, which normally no big deal…I bought a new battery, put the battery in but when attempting to put the back of the watch back together, it would not snap together for the life of me. I tried numerous times. I let other try but to no avail. Eventually upon trying and trying, the watch broke and not from excessive force of trying to put back together. It just simple fell apart. You truly get what you pay for. I likely will not buy or recommend mvmt any longer.
Ordered watch 3/9 supposed to receive 3/16. Been in my state since 3/11 and it's 3/26 and I haven't received. I'm pissed. Needed it as a gift. They offered to ship another. So now I have to wait another 2 weeks and HOPE to get one? No offer to do anything for my inconvenience, or anything. Just "So sorry we will send you another but make sure to let us know when the 1st one is delivered so you can return it." GOH and give me my $330.00 back.
I bought a Boulevard MVMT timepiece as it had all the features I wanted, but unfortunately there was a problem with the case. As an international customer, I was prepared to count my losses but was convinced to contact their customer service, and I am so grateful that I did. Every representative I spoke to was cordial, kind, and professional. They all responded in a timely manner.First, I was given a detailed sequence to reset the case. As the reset was unfortunately not successful, I was asked to provide some information. After this, MVMT made a replacement request, and I was kept updated on its status. I was provided with instructions on the band removal and received the replacement within four days of MVMT sending it. Usually customer service gets a bad rap, but my experience proves this is not the case with MVMT. I will definitely patronize their business in the future. So if you are wondering if MVMT has impeccable customer service, they do. With respect to the product - It has a high-quality feel and is not at all flimsy. It really is a beautiful and classy timepiece. Thank you MVMT for making my experience a great one.
I've loved this brand for years now. Recently one of my favorite, stylish watches broke. This watch traveled around the globe with me over the summer, I received compliments on it everywhere I went! I tried replacing the battery to no avail. I contacted MVMTs customer service about it. Unfortunately my watch had JUST expired outside of the 2 year warranty issued by them.Laura, the customer service rep I spoke with, was kind enough to send me a new watch case (working watch minus the band) for me to use and swap out.Brands like this who take care of their customers, even when it puts them at a loss are built to go the distance in my opinion. I'll always recommend purchasing from MVMT because of this experience. Caleb
Recently ordered the Havoc Chrono watch. for some odd reason, it got lost in transit. Reached out to MVMT support and they were willing to help. I submitted my claim after a week of asking my neighbors if they came across it or if it was delivered to another unit by mistake. Nothing came came up. MVMT owned up to their commitment and re-shipped the watch. It arrived via UPS a couple days later. I'm not just impressed with the quality of the watches. I am also impressed with the customer service support. Thank you MVMT for making this experience outstanding.
Having received a watch from MVMT which I was very excited about I was disappointed to find out that the movement of the watch wasn’t in sync with the 12 3 6 9 reference points in the face of the watch. The timer on the watch was also not pointing towards the 12 reference point like it should’ve been. I also came to find out recently that the movement of the watch was also moving to fast. I went to check the time today and saw that my watch was 15 minutes faster than the time on my phone. Huge mistakes for a watch company to make and very disappointing. I won’t be purchasing another watch from MVMT and HIGHLY recommend no one else does either. The only good thing about this watch was that it looked nice but what’s the point of that if it doesn’t work
Have bought a few watches from them in the past and no issues. Bought a watch in November, and looked nothing like online, companies response, they use CGI images not real world. Tried to send watch back, after driving 60 mile round trip to find a post office that would take it. Eventually free return using their return label and 14 days later no refund and the watch ah as ended up back at my house with a note saying the incorrect label. Would not buy from them again as I am £135 out of pocket as well as having to try and ship again and waste my time with useless customer service agents who don’t help.
