This has been one of the most disappointing purchases I’ve made in years. I bought two watches as a gift, expecting high quality based on the price. Instead, they felt shockingly cheap and poorly made. No tools were included for resizing, which is unacceptable. After purchasing a link-removal kit, the ceramic links shattered during careful adjustment. The material felt brittle and poorly constructed. We were hesitant to resize the second watch, rendering it unusable. To make matters worse, the clasp on one watch popped open easily, making it unsafe. With fragile construction and the absence of tools, these watches do not meet the advertised quality. Customer service refused to issue a refund. Save your money; this is a poorly made product with inadequate support.
EDIT: Initially, I rated this company poorly due to unhelpful customer service regarding a missing package. After numerous messages between the company and the delivery service, they finally sent a replacement watch. However, I couldn’t choose my desired model as it was out of stock, and I was restricted to the same price range. I received a watch, though not the one I originally wanted, to avoid losing my money. Hence, my rating is now 2 stars.
I purchased two watches for about $350 and both broke quickly. Professional resizing was necessary, but one link snapped during the process. The other watch broke when it fell off the table, and there’s no replacement band available. Overall, a complete waste of $350. They look nice, but that’s about it.
Caution is warranted! The watch appears beautiful, but after a short period, a manufacturer defect caused fogging under the glass. The watch has never been exposed to extreme conditions. Customer service responses were dismissive, lacking professionalism. They even offered a discount on a future purchase, which I found unacceptable. There are many similar negative experiences shared by others. While the brand looks impressive, the quality is subpar. I no longer wish to associate myself with this brand. Very unfortunate. Again, caution advised!

I often receive compliments and inquiries about their cost, as many assume they are much pricier than they are. Whenever I consider a new purchase, this is the first website I visit. Great deals are often available! I highly recommend these watches!
I own several of these watches and have had no issues. My only minor complaint is that some bands run a little short, requiring extenders or extra links. Other than that, I’m very satisfied and wear them daily. The customer service is also quite responsive.
