I can only give one star since there's no option for zero. I placed my order on November 28th, expecting it by Christmas with express tracked shipping. It's now December 31st, and nothing has arrived. The website promised shipping confirmation within five days and advised waiting a week before contacting them, stating a maximum delivery time of 20 business days. I've emailed them five times, reached out through their website, sent direct messages on social media, and commented on their posts, but have received no response. My items were meant as Christmas gifts, and I've had to request a refund through a payment service. Initially, I thought they were legitimate when I received an email about my package being processed for delivery on December 19th, but there have been no tracking updates or delivery attempts. I strongly advise against spending your money here; it feels like a scam. I've had to apologize to friends and family for not having gifts, and now I need to find replacements.
I regret not reading the reviews before making my order on December 1st. I still haven't received anything, and my emails and social media messages have gone unanswered. This situation is utterly ridiculous. I would not recommend ordering from this 'company' again.
