bought items for my sons tuttio

bought items for my sons tuttio , the most needed item never arrived (ever) surron throttle, made multiple attempts to contact MXwraps with no response 0 ... finally after a few months filed a claim with paypal . then mx wraps wants to talk but no thanks.. too late . never got my refund or the part for the kids tuttio, seems like a lot of people like mxwraps and that is unfortunate that they let 110.00 bike throttle get them bad review , but I guess you live and learn... do better mx wraps... Oh and I refiled the claim with paypal
