Customer support is very quick to respond and always helpful! I've loved the books ive read or listened to. I enjoy having the listening option since I drive alot. The only down falls are not always having the listening option or getting half way through a book and losing the listening option. Also I can only log in on a web browser, if I download the app I always get errors when I try to log in.
I was given a book preview up to 9 chapters then prompt to pay 13.99 as a deal for 14day trial option. But as I am reading the same book was charged another 1.00 and ask to pay more per chapter???? Whats the purpose of 13.99 unlimited 14 day trial then????
Anytime I have issues with the app, the response time from support is very fast. I didn’t realize I had two accounts which is why my transactions weren’t going through correctly and they were able to fix it and even credited me extra for the inconvenience. The fast resolution time is one of the main reasons I keep using this app.
Absolutely love these novels! The coin prices are cheap if you’re like me and can’t wait, but there is the option to have it for free. Also I had a problem with a glitch in paying the issue was sorted within five minutes and coins added to my account plus extra as a way of apology.
