Be really careful! I fell into their scam when trying to chick in for a flight. They even created a website that contains austrian airlines in the URL. So I clicked on it thinking I am checking in to Austrial Airlines. It was strange to me that it asked for a 1 Euro fee. This never happens. But I never flew with Austrian, so I thought they are doing things differently. Later I learned, this 1 Euro is made to access your credit card. I made the check in but was not able to chose seats nor received any confirmation about my boarding pass. A few days later I saw a purchase for 79 Euros on my credit card. When contacting the customer services they said I subscribed to their service, which I never did! When asking them to cancel and refund they declined, claiming I was outside the free trial (3 days later!) and am not eligible for a refund! Clear fraud. Now I am hassling with my banc and lawyer to get the money back as I never agreed to any subscription.
