I am so disappointed by this company. My son booked a flight for his girlfriend for December, in October, 2 weeks later she heard her father had terminal, late stage cancer. She was asked to send the doctors prognosis, which she did, and they still refused to refund the ticket price. Have some humanity Mytrip!!!!!
I booked a simple Fast Track service on 1 September for £15. The service couldn’t even be used because it was booked too late, but I accepted that I’d still pay the £15.What I did not agree to was being enrolled into some kind of ongoing plan for £80. Since then I’ve been charged £80 multiple times, including again yesterday, with no clear explanation or proper consent from my side.I first emailed their customer service about this on 26/10, and despite raising the issue clearly, the charges have continued. No proper solution, no proactive help, just money repeatedly taken from my account.At this point, I feel completely misled and ignored. • Unexpected recurring charges • Poor communication • No urgency in fixing an issue they createdI’ve now had to contact them again and will be speaking to my bank to dispute the payments. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone.
