Disappointed with the Quality of These Boots

I received these boots from the service after subscribing, but I canceled it. I wore the boots maybe two or three times, and while they are beautiful and I really like them, I encountered a major issue. After taking my sock off, I noticed that the entire bottom of my foot was stained black, both from my sock and my skin. I've been using wipes to clean them, but they remain dirty. The sole is quite unappealing. Additionally, the fabric on the sole of the boot has become so bunched up that it had to be removed.

Unauthorized charges despite account closure

For the third time in a month and a half, they have charged £39 as a ‘membership’ fee from my card without my consent, even after I closed my account in 2021. Be cautious with this service; it appears to be a scam that retains your financial details to withdraw funds when they are short. If you investigate recent legal issues involving the company, you'll find significant fines, and many former customers have begun to see charges again. This is outright fraud, and I have reported their actions to both my bank's fraud department and the local police's cyber fraud unit. Steer clear at all costs. I demand the return of the unauthorized payments and the deletion of old customers' bank information. When an account is closed, there should be no right to keep that data for fraudulent charges, assuming people won't notice.

Used To Be A Better Company - No Customer Service Now

They used to be a good company, but times have changed. It's impossible to get ahold of customer service now unless you call and wait on hold on the phone line for a long time. You used to be able to get in touch with them 24/7 through their chat feature, and it still advertises itself as being that, but I waited over 24 hours for a response before giving up and calling. They no longer send emails reminding you about upcoming monthly credit charges, so my account got overdrafted by the surprise charge, and there's no way to "skip the month" in advance, you have to do it every single month through their site. The only other option is closing your account. Additionally, the cost of "vip credits" has gone up to $50 dollars, which is outrageous considering these aren't designer or high-end products, they're imported from China just like most things in the US, and one pair of shoes shouldn't have a pricetag of $50+. They also put the price of tariffs on the customer, despite/in addition to the rising costs on their site, so it's become incredibly expensive to shop there. As customer service, like most companies they outsource to other countries. Which in it of itself isn't necessarily an issue, but it means that everything is done overseas by someone who doesn't even necessarily know the system, much less the website. I called to ask for a refund on the purchase of a vip credit so it wouldn't overdraw my account as I keep a tight budget, and was told that they "couldn't offer a refund" because "the refund system wasn't working." I can't think of a single explanation or issue in which that is not either: a load of BS meant to keep money in their pockets, or a answer by someone who doesn't know how to use the website/operating system and is only paid to answer phones, not offer solutions. I have forgotten to skip the month once or twice in the past, and never had a problem getting the charge reversed before it finalized in my account.I'd advise others not to shop here unless they want to play Russian Roulette with their money and instead go to a physical store or a site with robust customer service and honest business practices.

Fraudulently taking payments from card

For the third time in a month and a half they have taken a £39 ‘membership’ payment from my card WITHOUT my authorisation, despite me closing my account in 2021.Beware of this company it is a scam and they will retain your financial information to pull from when their funds are low. If you look up the companies recent lawsuits you’ll see how much they were fined and suddenly a lot of ex-customers have started being charged again. This is blatant fraud and I have registered their behaviour with both my banks fraud team and my local police cyber fraud department. Avoid at all costs. Return the payments you keep taking fraudulently, and delete the bank details of old customers, when an account is requested to be closed you have no right to retain that information to take fraudulent payments hoping people won’t notice.

Do not join VIP

Product is great but Customer Service is terrible. You join a VIP and then they expire in one year. You then place an order after you have a few VIP's and they do not use your oldest VIP; they use the current one so then the older ones expire. Also I do not understand how a credit expires 1 day before it is issued.

CANCEL/DO NOT OPEN JUSTFAB MEMBERSHIP!

I would give JustFab ZERO stars if at all possible - please be sufficiently forewarned to not do business with this fraudulent company as it is a verifiable hoax and is clearly operating a scam.A member since 2016, I had always been pleased with their products' style, quality and price points until recently. The price structure now is a $49.95 monthly subscription fee, the value (VIP credit) of which can be used on only ONE item. Since most of their offerings are now severely discounted items obviously recycled from previous months, most price points range from and average of $10 - $25, thereby losing value and being out of pocket approximately $25 -$40 for each item purchased. The credit, adding insult to injury, is that taxes and shipping costs aren't cover by the remaining value of credit, increasing the amount paid out=of-pocket.The 'straw that broke the camel's back' for me comes as I had put my subscription on hold because of the same model I had been noticing lately - the identical, tired-looking selection items at deeply discounted prices for which I'd have to use my whole $49.95 VIP credit. However, my subscription wasn't paused and instead I was charged $49.95 for the months of August 2025, September 2025, October 2025, November 2025. When I flagged this activity, I attempted to utilize their chat option however no live agent was ever available which led me to the insane carousel of calling (sometimes waiting forever for a representative to answer, despite calling all hours of the day). Every time I requested a manager/supervisor (again, this is at all hours of the day) i would be told they were in an 'emergency meeting'. I finally got an agent on November 7th who said she'd refund me for all 4 months = $199.80 and two days later on November 9th, I did receive a refund for 2 VIP credits =$99.90. I called back several times inquiring as to my other 2 VIP credit amounting to $99.90 as well as was told that the processing time was 7-10 business days and my refund would reflect back to my bank by November 18th and if it didn't, it would be handily resolved. So out out an abundance of caution, I called back today, November 20th and was told twice that managers were in 'emergency meetings' and now to wait until November 27th. When I balked at this audacity and now tired of this very obvious scam that JustFab is openly perpertrating, I asked that the 2 VIP credits be put back into my JustFab account and I'll hold my nose to find something, anything nearly $100 to purchase from their now pathethic selection of shoe, clothing and accessory styles. I was assuered that the 2 VIP credits of $49.95 would be issued back to my account for purchase as the refund back to my bank card was an obvious non-event. The representative said it would take about 24 hours for the reissuance to occur. However, she, despite her kind tone and words, is a fraudster as they all are because I received an e-mail not too long after the call ended that she could not issue the 2 VIP credits to my account because the debited refund is still 'pending'. I know I've typed and shared exhaustively however its only to echo everyone else who is warning to stay away/divest from doing business with this now highly. flagrantly unethical, fraudulent company. I wouldn't believe anything said by their seemingly friendly, helpful representatives. I wouldn't believe any positive reviews, at least in recent years, as they are very likely written by these same seemingly friendly, helpful JustFab employees.Next January would've been my 10th year anniversary with the company as a loyal JustFab customer but I have cancelled my membership (and strongly, sincerely encourage other subscribed members to cancel theirs, too) for my sake, common sense's sake and the sake of my wallet, which is now apparently $99.90 lighter.I do not know whether JustFab's corporate structure or even ownership has changed however, their business modelling is in severe decline. Not to put too fine point on it but please, please, please: BUYER BEWARE!!!

Won’t let you cancel your membership

Didn’t even know I was signed up. Had been getting billed for months. Go on there website to cancel the subscription, there’s nothing. I call them, an answering machine tells me to go to the website(was already there), then afterwards it rings and no one picks up. I called for days. Then I write them two emails, no response for a week. They still haven’t responded. Scam business won’t let you stop your membership.
