Prices on this site is beyond crazy i wanted to swap gloves and even with the 35% bonus i had to use less money on the steam market even though i had gloves in the trade on the site
This was one of the worst expereiences i have ever had.
I put my card in and it wants a code, i wait 4 days and i never got my statement... oh well, Ill contact support i thought, they needed me to give them a photo of my face, ID, and my credit card along with a note that says tradeit.gg, i said i dident want to give them my face but im willing to do anything else. and the worker ghosts me, ive waited over 2 days for my money back and i never got it, dont buy from them i lost my money and you will lose yours to.
If you're on a buget this is a go-to site i spend 7.58$ and got 7 skins with awesome stickers, way higher price than the skin price in csmoney i would spend 10$ or more if I bought the same thing

I have been attempting to reach the support team for over 24 hours, but they haven't made any effort to respond. The chat indicates they are *ONLINE*, yet there seems to be no willingness to address my issue. I invested nearly $1000 into the platform, and now my funds have vanished.
In this review, I will only be talking about my experience with their customer support.
I added funds to my trade balance, because at first I wanted to quickly exchange skins I had for a knife however the site demanded I verify ownership of my credit card by providing the last digits of the code I would see in my bank application for this operation, it would take a few days for the operation to appear and for me to provide a code and this made me consider other options as I no longer wanted to trade my items on this site, don't get me wrong I am actually glad they verify ownership of the credit cards, the time it would take was the only reason I canceled.
I then contacted their customer support demanding a refund, through new year's eve mind you and they were happy to proceed with said refund and everything went smooth.
Thank you and I should be giving this site another try but I recommend it for their customer support and the prices do not seem too bad compared to other sites.
