I own two bags from Sinbono. On one of them, the hardware (which is actually painted plastic) started chipping after just two uses. I contacted them and they gave me a voucher to buy a new one.I opted for a different model. Now, after two years of very occasional use — about once every two months per bag — both bags are peeling on the edges. The “vegan leather” is a very thin layer of plastic.Their customer service is good, but the quality of the bags is disappointing.
