I ordered my shirts before Christmas, which is about 3 months ago, and I still haven’t received anything. No updates, and they’ve stopped responding to any mail I send them, which were only the “sorry, we’ll do better in the future” kind of mails, but it’s been three months. I write this review on here in order to gain their attention cause I’ve run out of options atp. If they can return my money, it would be appreciated, but I’d rather they just send the shirts. I don’t recommend their site, very frustrating.
I placed my order on Black Friday, hoping it would arrive before Christmas. Unfortunately, it still hasn't come. I received an email stating that "we are on track," but with Christmas just around the corner, I doubt it will arrive in time. A personalized update on my package's status would have been appreciated.

After two emails, I received only automated responses about delays. The lack of specific information is frustrating. I will update if there are any changes... Overall, the experience has been disappointing, earning a 2/5 due to poor communication.
I placed an order on 3/12, intending it as a Christmas gift, assuming there would be enough time. I've only received an automated message about delays in shipping. This is very disappointing; realistic delivery dates should be provided. Had I known it would take 20 days, I wouldn't have placed the order.
I ordered on 22/11 as a Christmas gift for my son, thinking there was enough time for delivery. Now it's 17/12 and still no shirts! If they can’t handle the orders, they should stop accepting new ones. I emailed on 14/12 for an update but only got an automated response about delays. This is very disappointing!

After 5 weeks without a response, I shared my experience online. I understand it’s a small business, but not receiving order updates for weeks is frustrating. The founder reached out, promising delivery by Christmas. I also requested a cancellation and refund, but I received no response to that. He offered an extra shirt instead, which is nice, but I would prefer a refund so other orders could be shipped.
