My book came back beautifully presented and returned all the cards well packaged to me as well. I had the opportunity to amend the design as much as I liked and there was good communication throughout. Only thing was it took a while for delivery each way, but it was worth waiting for.
Love this! Does take a while to come and is expensive but in the grand scheme of things it is more than worth the money. It is such a great way to have all your cards to look back on and the team are great they keep you updated through emails and check you have received your book. I would highly recommend!
Excellent service - Michael stayed in touch throughout. The cards are in the order I specified and the quality of the book is great, especially the photo on the front cover! A lovely touch was that Michael emailed to check we’d received the book and that we were happy with it. Would absolutely recommend to anyone.

So very pleased with our book! The quality and layout is excellent. The couple of tweaks that we requested to the draft version was accepted with no question. Nothing was too much trouble. We now have a fantastic memory that is proudly on display rather than a box of cards up in the loft!
I am so happy with my book, the quality of the images and printing is amazing and the pages are glossy and thick. The book is sturdy and the cover image is seamless. Absolutely thrilled with it and such a lovely way to relive words that would otherwise be lost. 10/10 and well worth the investment!
