today i bought a one step 5k account...its been long time...but i have not received my account login details...i have contacted their customer care...but they are not responding properly...he is just telling "I do not have ETA.

I've been through enough prop firms to know that the challenge phase is rarely where you find out who a firm really is. I never actually traded with Top One Trader, but I can say with confidence that their customer service is exceptional. I accidentally purchased an instant funded account with them, having confused them with another firm with a very similar name. As soon as I realized the mistake, I contacted their support team to request a refund. A team member named Usman responded promptly, and when I explained the situation, he handled it with great understanding and immediately processed the refund — this despite their standard no-refund policy on completed purchases.
This experience left a strong impression on me. Top One Trader is clearly a firm that genuinely cares about its traders and is willing to go above and beyond to resolve issues, even when they are under no obligation to do so.
AVOID this broker by all means because they have multiples tricks to manipulate you, steal your money, and then leave you with nothing.
I had a bad experience with them, but I've used #Gold >#Rule >Inc# , and I testify to a different scenario in their services with utmost trust.
Please people read that before to mess with the scam web, never ever in my life I had experience with scammers! I had 2 accounts one of them I pass it and bay instant after that I try to trade but for some reason I can’t and on the next day my account it shows me negative balance and I white to support they help and set will check what happened, after few days nobody is responding, write again and they answer oh good news your negative account is set up and all is ready, login in the platform and negative balance is still there 😅😅😅but big surprise is they are block my account and I can’t login in their website 😅😅😅

Had some trouble getting the email that had my login information but Arjie was most helpful!!! So empathetic, patient and kind! I felt taken care of and that the matter was extremely important & they just genuinely made sure i could access my account! Very solution focused and detail oriented. :’)
I've been with TopOne Trader for nine months now, and I'm writing this after receiving three payouts and having my fourth one cut in half. I wish I could give them 5 stars based on the support experience alone, but the pattern I've seen with larger withdrawals forces me to be honest.but the whole pocess is so smooth,go flitches,even during challenge phases ,@clevapass feom telegram passed for me,
i got paid out three time,. and now i bough a new bigger account the support team is the best i have ever seen compared to the other prop firms i have already tried... they helped me switch account to a new one that uses MT5 cuz i accidentaly picked wrong one at the beginning... and later they helped me fix missing trailing stop loss feature on MT5 they are also particulary kind overall, and very fast truely the best support.
Don't let the 5 star review fool you..this is one of the most disappointing prop firms I ever used...you can take big lot sizes like for example 1.00..my account can't place buy stop or sell stops absolutely ass.....
The support service was amazing, the agent Arjie answered me in least a minute, she was so kind, she knew the answer of every question I did.
It is the first time that the support service of a company answer me so quickly and Answered me every question. I love it.
